Hi, I’m Amy

I’m you rewiring and embodiment coach who specializes in helping women who’ve spent years adapting and pushing through, helping them step out of survival patterns and into a steadier way of being.

I didn’t arrive at this work through theory or certification.

I came to it by living inside the same patterns I now help women recognise; learning how to function well, stay composed, and keep moving forward, even when my body was asking for something different.

For years, I did what many capable women do. I gathered insight. I became self-aware. I learned the language of growth and healing. And still, certain patterns stayed in place, not because I wasn’t trying hard enough, but because they weren’t held in the mind alone.

What changed everything was understanding how deeply the nervous system and subconscious shape what feels safe to think, feel, and receive. When I stopped trying to override my body and instead learned how to work with it, something finally softened.

Now, my work is grounded in nervous system awareness, subconscious rewiring, and lived embodiment, not quick fixes or motivational frameworks. I work slowly, deliberately, and with respect for the parts of you that adapted to keep you safe.

This isn’t about teaching you something you don’t already know. It’s about helping you feel what you’ve never been supported to feel; safety, steadiness, and permission to live differently.
